NREMT or Oklahoma State EMT License Required.
The history of Pafford EMS begins more than three decades ago when Pafford EMS began providing ambulances service in a converted station wagon in rural Arkansas. Since those humble beginnings in 1967 we have evolved into one of the oldest and largest family owned ground and air ambulance services in America. Today, we provide service utilizing 90 ground ambulances, 2 medically configured airplanes and 3 medically configured helicopters, spanning the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma. We are the 911 ambulance provider in our communities. We are dedicated to providing first class Emergency Medical Services to the residents of the communities we so proudly serve. Our team of 500 professionals work together to make this happen 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year.
