National Registry or MS Paramedic License Required.
The history of Pafford EMS begins decades ago when Pafford began providing ambulance service in rural Arkansas. Since those humble beginnings in 1967, we have evolved into one of the oldest and largest family owned ground and air ambulance services in America. Today, we provide Emergency Medical Services to 267 communities, with a staff of nearly 550, utilizing 103 ground ambulances, 2 medically configured airplanes and 2 medically configured helicopters, spanning the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma.
