The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the daily operations and overall leadership of the nursing departments, including the Emergency Room, Swing Bed Unit, Inpatient Services, and Outpatient Services. This role ensures that all clinical areas operate in full compliance with current regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. The Director will uphold the highest standards of safe, high‑quality patient care at all times. They will develop and implement work procedures, prepare and manage staffing schedules within established productivity benchmarks, and promote efficient, coordinated workflows across all service areas.

In addition, the Director of Clinical Services serves as a key patient advocate, ensuring that patient needs, rights, and concerns are addressed promptly and compassionately.
