Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of extensive EMS education training programs tailored to the community, partners, and Pafford employees. • Lead and organize a variety of training sessions, including CPR, PHTLS, ITLS, ACLS, BTLS, PALS, etc. and vehicle operation safety programs like EVOC or CEVO3. • Provides positive clinical coaching, and performance assessments to team members when necessary. • Fosters and maintains a strong, professional work relationships with team members, and leads by example. • Contribute to the organization's strategic education planning, focusing on both immediate and long-range goals. • Handles additional responsibilities and tasks as needed, including coordinating FTO scheduling/training, coordinating training activities and drills with local fire departments and allied health providers. • Foster stronger partnerships with other departments in the communities we serve, clinical facilities, government, among community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and community partners and stakeholders. • May attend events within the community, including those that occur after hours and on weekends. • Maintains strict compliance with all Pafford Policies & Procedures, and is a positive culture creator. • Maintains strict compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by the state and federal programs and PCR compliance. • May perform other related duties or task as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • High School Graduate, EMS certs/licenses in scope of practice, and 3 years of EMS experience in scope of practice. • All required EMS certs/licenses in good standing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Leads professionalism, respect, and the Pafford mission, vision, values, and promise • Organized, leads by example, patient with others, fosters a positve culture and employee engagement • Excellent computer/technical skills, adheres to PCR compliance, and all things clinical scope of practice • Ability to convey information in an empathetic and positive manner, ability to self-manage, and take care of others • Must possess a valid Driver's License with clean driving record. • Must maintain certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Must be able to self-manage, and work independently to meet KPI goals. |
