The Scheduling Manager utilizes scheduling software and knowledge of Pafford Medical Services field operations to effectively assign and maintain work schedules to meet Paffors Medical Service requirements. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate a consistently positive, courteous and professional approach in performing all assigned tasks

Accurately record and maintain employee data within the scheduling program

Maintain current schedules and adjust for frequent changes as needed

Accurately apply Pafford Medical Serices leave policies

Communicate effectively with other departments

Maintain organized records and files

Compile data to produce and analyze reports
